We work on a simple 2 tier fee structure:
- Launch Fee - A reasonable set fee to cover some of the initial search costs, payable on the launch of the search.
- Finders Fee - A small % of the final property price, payable on completion.
Any additional work or services undertaken for the client during, or after the completion of the search, will be individually priced and billed according to the services provided.
What do our fees include?
Our fees include all services mentioned on the Our Services webpage up to and including completion of the property purchase.
What do our fees not include?
Any special client demands for additional services, which will be considered on a case by case basis and, after discussion with the client, billed accordingly.
Any external fees for services not expressly mentioned on the Our Services webpage and contracted directly on the client's behalf or request will be the responsibility of the client.

Search Mandate
We work solely on a Search Mandate basis. This means that we concentrate 100% on our actual clients and are not dispersed by conducting searches for potential customers.
The search mandate is an important document. It sets out the relationship that we have together and it confirms in writing the type of property for which you are looking. Your questionnaire responses, which are part of the Search Mandate, will form the basis for our search.
Questionnaire
Before we launch a search we ask you to complete, as fully as possible, a questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to focus attention, both for yourself and for us, on exactly what it is that you are looking for in the French property market. The questionnaire, once accepted as being realistic in terms of the specifications and the price, will form the basis for the Search Mandate.
