- Opportunities to visit selected properties
- Guided visits to properties with the local search agent (English mother tongue, or fluent English speaker)
- Accommodation and local travel requirements when requested
- Local itineraries and visits to points of interest designed to acquaint you with the selected area
When you have decided on a property we facilitate the following:
- Negotiating on price with estate agents, notaries or directly with seller
- Negotiating on all contract details - from "Compromis de Vente" to final "Acte Authentique de Vente"
- Signing of papers and contracts on behalf of the client - (Power of Attorney required)

- Oral translation of house specifications, contracts, documents etc
